Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to every Freshy Painting quote and project.
Quotes
Quotes are fixed for 30 days from issue and are based on the scope and surface condition observed at the on-site inspection.
Variations
Additional work outside the quoted scope is confirmed in writing and approved by you before it proceeds. We never invoice unapproved variations.
Scheduling
Start dates are confirmed in writing. Exterior works may be rescheduled for weather; we will notify you as early as possible.
Payments
A deposit may be required on larger projects, with the balance due on completion of the final walk-through inspection.
Site access and preparation
Please provide reasonable access, power and water. We protect and move furniture as agreed in the quoted scope.
Warranty
We provide a written 7-year workmanship warranty on repaint work, backed by the manufacturer's product warranty. The warranty excludes damage from structural movement, moisture ingress or third-party damage.
